Coach Big Pete Visit Throw It Deep 2/13/22 - Super Bowl Sunday Morning Visit

Thank You to Coach Christensen for letting me swing on by this morning in Aurora. Always have said that Coach Christensen and Staff is one of the best services in the nation and not to mention their unmatched knowledge of the game and attention to detail on throwing technique. Great amount of young and upcoming gunslingers from this morning, and a great group of talented receivers. Let me also not forget nice group of athletes as well to watch out for. On the bottom is my comments on some of the QBs/WRs/ATHs from the workouts today. Big shoutout to the rest of Throw It Deep staff Kevin Earl, Ryan Sample, Preston Earl. Big amount of gratitude to Throw It Deep General Manager Eddie Garcia for making this all happen. Hope to be back at Throw It Deep really soon. College Coaches if you need any more info, you got my number/email feel free to message me or DM me. Will be visiting more training services and 7on7 practices in the coming months this Winter/Spring. Again, these kids are trying to learn their craft and grow from it.

Players To Look Out For From Throw It Deep Training Session 2/13/22

Players that impressed me with their workout and HUDL film as well

Arthur Palicki QB Willowbrook Class Of 2024 6'4 205 TWITTER HUDL

Arthur to me again is one of the most interesting QBs in the 2024 classes. His ability to learn from his mistakes and correct them are impressive as shown this morning. Can't stop talking enough about his ability to make perfect throws and not to mention his ability to read defensive coverages. His flaws and ability to bounce back from his flaws is what makes him a special recruit.

Blainey Dowling QB Mt. Carmel Class Of 2023 6'2 190 TWITTER HUDL

Did not pay attention to Blainey at the start of this session, because I thought he was a college sophomore until I found out he was junior in high school. Blainey absolutely looked impressive this morning, and his frame is just a perfect weapon accoupling his talents. Looking forward to watching Dowling going into the Summer then into his Fall senior season.

HJ Grigsby

HJ Grigsby ATH Joliet Catholic Class Of 2024 6'0 165 TWITTER HUDL

HJ is that type of utility type of player that slash and dash your defenses either in the backfield or on the outside. Hilltopper recruit that you must need to know about. This recruit is just ready to explode on the recruiting scene. Thing I most admire about HJ is that he plays small and creates space between him and defenders.

Vincenzo Ricciardi QB Niles Norte Dame Class Of 2023 HUDL

A kid I heard about from the Boom Showcase from his ND teammates. I got to say was overall impressed with the young man's arm and touch he had on the ball. Do not underestimate his size, because if you do, he will exploit your secondary.

Jacob Bell QB Naperville North Class Of 2025 6'1 165 TWITTER HUDL

Alright I'm a second time believer now in Jacob Bell, and his skills are unmatched. Not one recruit has done what Jacob has done for his recruiting stock this Winter by my perception. Kid is going to be a huge star from the state of Illinois. Ultimate weapon the Huskies in the future and would love to see him in a pistol-style college offense.

Ben Monahan QB Hinsdale Central Class Of 2023 6'3 190 TWITTER HUDL

I've seen this kid numerous times and he has shown me why he is a top QB in the state of Illinois. Size, and ability to plant down those feet to make the throw. Monahan is that Red Devil QB that will be part one of the most dynamic passing duos in the state. Again that lineage of Hinsdale Central QBs is special.

Matthew Plumb QB Class Of 2026 (St. Charles North Bound) TWITTER

Another Plumb to become a top QB recruit in Illinois and Midwest. I usually don't do QBs still in Middle School, but Matthew is going to be special like his brother Ethan. I've now heard about this kid going on for 2 years. Matthew reminds me a lot of what JJ McCarthy was in 8th Grade and buzz surrounding him. Name you will be hearing about in the future years.

Ethan Plumb QB St. Charles North Class Of 2025 6'3 195 TWITTER HUDL

Keep seeing this kid, and nothing has changed in my perception. Ethan is that damn good and only getting better. His size along with his arm and not to mention his mental on-field IQ makes him special. One of the very few Class of 2025 QBs in Illinois that has been scouted by every major conference in the NCAA.

Luke Mailander WR York Class Of 2024 5'11 165 TWITTER HUDL

Luke was one of top WRs out this morning and love his knack to get the ball. His overall athleticism is impressive and will be a huge target in the future for the Dukes program next season. Runs nice and clean crisp routes and gets his hands out in front. This is a must watch prospect in the DuPage County area.

AJ Johnson LB/ATH Woodstock Class Of 2023 5'11 210 TWITTER HUDL

Is key player for this Woodstock team in the upcoming 2022 season. He plays lights out football and has great tenacity on defense. Is that team-first type of player that people need to be talking about. Made me a believer this past summer as the tour visit to Woodstock and loved the fact that he worked out at WR today.

Marquon Thompson ATH Downers Grove South Class Of 2025 6'2 159 TWITTER HUDL

Marquon could be a very intriguing recruit in the coming years, but is very, very raw. He is so raw that we still do not know what he can do and what position he can play on the field. He has the athleticism, and size to be a top recruit in Illinois. But again, only time will tell with this DGS Mustang.

Braylon Bower QB Huntley 5'10 165 Class Of 2025 TWITTER HUDL

Nice tight spiral that gets quick to receiver, and like the fact he is still growing. Was just amazed with his throwing mechanics. Braylon could be another big QB in these coming years and expecting his full growth to hit in 2023. Huntley has a big secret that people should be careful about.

Joe Miller QB Richmond Burton 6'3 185 Class Of 2023 TWITTER HUDL

Richmond Burton has got a thing with having a lineage of great old school throwback QBs. Joe Miller is one of those QBS that people need to start paying attention too. Would look great in a Run-Shoot style of offense. His arm and ability to step in his throws is what sets him apart. Gets some great air under that ball

Jared Kniola WR/ATH Woodstock 5'11 155 Class Of 2023 TWITTER HUDL

Jared fights for the ball and makes the big-play catches. He will be a huge weapon this coming season and love the fact that the kid can adjust his body and make a big play for his team. Love his ability to make big plays on defense as well. Will be a pre-season recruit that you need to lookout for this Autumn.

Matt Vezza QB York 6'0 185 Class Of 2023 TWITTER HUDL

Holy Cow!!!! What an impressive showing this morning... and I mean this kid grew so much that I couldn't believe it was Vezza. Dude was on fire and reminds of the Class of 2017 Palatine Playmaker Zach Oles. Keep an eye out for this kid because he will be lighting up WSC scoreboards.

Andres Munoz QB Joliet Catholic 5'11 165 Class of 2024 TWITTER HUDL

We got ourselves another undersized Hilltopper that will be making a name for himself soon. Big time hot gunslinger that you must know the name of in the coming seasons. Loved his throws on the Box drill this morning. Andres is a high character, high grades recruit that you need to know about in the Land of Lincoln.

Honorable Mention

Mason Jones West Aurora Class of 2024 WR
