Coach Big Pete's Sunday Conclusion For Week 4 IHSA Football 2023 Season - Highlights & Awards







Hello old friend, it is great to see you IHSA Football Chaos. Well Lincoln Way West, DGS, Chicago Hope Academy, Lake Forest, St. Laurence, Newman, St. Ignatius, Sandburg decided to set a fire this predictable season with big time upsets. Mount Carmel, Mt. Zion, Olympia, Cary-Grove, Prairie Ridge, Sesser-Valier, Warren Township, Fenwick, ICCP, Bloomington Central Catholic, Normal Community win their big-time matchups. Offensive numbers are setting ablaze for Week 4 in the Illinois high school football scene. These last 2 weeks have left longing for the first two weeks of strong defense. Rochester, Lincoln Way East, Lena-Winslow, Morris, Carmel, Mount Carmel, Edwardsville just keep on winning. Great stories in Lincoln Way Central, Sandwich, Evergreen Park, Belleville East lose their first game of the season. Marian Central Catholic, Warren Township, East St. Louis are gaining back ground back fast with big wins this weekend.
