What part of your game are you working on in the off-season?
This off season I’ve been focusing on my speed. I feel if I can get faster, it will make the game much easier.
What is the strongest part of your game?
The strongest part of my game is my hands. I believe that I have very strong hands and can catch most balls that are thrown my way.
How did school go this year?
School went great this year. Some classes were pretty hard but I did my best and finished strong.
Have you attended any camps or visits this summer, or do you have any planned?
So far, I have camped at North Central, Lake Forest, and Toledo. I plan on going to some others just haven’t set any of the dates up yet.
Your sophomore year was exciting with Naz winning a state championship, Congratulations! What can we expect this season from Nazareth?
This year will not be much of a difference from last year. Our offense this year will be very strong and hard to stop. We lost a couple defensive players, but I don’t think that will affect us that much. Guys have stepped up to fill in those positions.
Nazareth participated in a scrimmage last week-how did that go for you?
It went very well. Some offensive guys are still learning the playbook including myself. But other than that, our offense looked extremely well. Our quarterback was at a camp that day, but our back up Frankie Nichols stepped up and got the job done.
If there’s one person on your team that you think is going to have a breakout year, who would it be?
It’s very hard to choose only one player who will have a breakout year. But if I had to choose one it would have to be Jake Cestone (WR/C/O 2026/6'1" 175lbs). He is very under recruited player with a lot of speed and smarts.
Last question-what is one thing you want college coaches to know about you?
I think all college coaches should know that I am very hardworking, coachable and just love to play the game. My dream is to play college football and I am willing to play at any division.
