Cameron Ashley Simeon WR/ATH Class of 2023 6'0 150
Cameron could be on the better WRs in the state of Illinois when all is said and done. Still very raw, but proved a lot at the college camps/showcases this summer. Love his quickness off the ball and his ability to split coverages to make a big play. This upcoming season will be a huge teller of his progressions.
Cameron Ashley how was your Spring Season?
It was great, I had the opportunity to start on varsity and experience football at a faster speed as a sophomore.
What does football mean to you?
I love the game, football is an escape for me and whenever I'm on the field I'm in a mode that can't be broken.
What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field?
I feel my strongest trait is that I'm very coachable and I can soak in information on the spot.
How has your Summer been so far?
I've been working hard individually and with my team, I've also been at a lot of camps showcasing my talents.
What should college coaches know about you?
I'm easy to teach and open to learning new positions.
What goals do you have for yourself this upcoming season?
I want to be a consistent playmaker, and someone the team knows when the ball is thrown its going to be completed.
What is your favorite route to run?
Has to be the go route, my speed and quickness makes me hard to stick with if they are too patient.
