Chatting With St. Ignatius Linebacker Jack Clisham Class Of 2022

So in a way to better understand the use of Deep Dish Football for lllinois recruits and the whole entire IHSA Football scene. Decided to do player profiles of players who you might not know or you might know , but you should respect them for their roles on their respective teams. Every Football Player Has A Story To Tell

Jack Clisham St. Ignatius LB/ATH Class of 2022 6'0 185

Jack Clisham how has your season been so far? We started off with three very tough games against very skilled opponents but I thought our defense played well but we were unable to win. After fracturing my ankle in the JCA game I took more of a supporting role trying to coach up my teammates and cheer them on. We bounced back and we were able to beat Marian Central Catholic. What does football mean to you? Football for me is about having fun and the relationships I’ve built with the people I’ve met along the way. What should college coaches know about you? I think college coaches should know that I am very coachable and like to bring energy into anything I do whether it’s practice or film sessions. I also am very determined when it comes to finishing goals that I set for myself. What do you think is your strongest trait on the football field? I would say being able to recognize plays that I’ve seen from film and being able to secure open field tackles. Also always bringing energy whether my teammates or I make a play. Who else on St. Ignatius should I be on the lookout for? My other backers Vinny Rugai, John Kemp, and Jake Lo are all dogs who all work hard everyday! Damian Lassak who plays center and DT, and Jack Molloy who plays DB.
