Tyreke Fortney how has your first two weeks been so far?

First 2 weeks have been great we need to pick up the intensity in practice, and get our minds mentality focused on that end goal, a spot in the playoffs.

What does football mean to you?

Football means absolutely everything, it’s been involved in my life for as long as I can remember.

What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field?

My speed plays a huge factor in my game but the connection between my QB and I is the main source of success in our passing game.

What would you like college coaches to know about you?

I’m a good leader, I’m always giving 100%, great character on and off the field. PS whenever I may go to college (Dear, future coach) I would gladly appreciate a little more weight.

What game excites you the most in these next 7 games of the season?

Obviously homecoming and of course the rivalry against Hall and SBA. But If I’m going to honest all of the upcoming 7 weeks excite me. I built a bond so strong with my coaches and teammates which makes me want to work harder for them.

How good can this St. Bede squad be?

I personally believe we all have that mindset to win. So therefore speaking this has extraordinaire potential to be something great.

What goals do you have for yourself the rest of the season?

All-State WR. I want to play at the next level. I also want have made a change to a least one of those little kids watching me on the sideline. I want them to grow up knowing — Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.”
