Mikee Vielehr OPRF WR Class Of 2025 6'2 180
Mikee Vielehr how is your season going so far? Right now, it isn’t shaping how we planned it. We are sitting at 1-5 but I feel like we are still putting pieces of the puzzle together. For me personally though I think this season is going well. What does football mean to you? Football is more than just a game to me. I have loved football ever since I was a kid and got the opportunity to start playing in 7th grade. Ever since then my life has really revolved around football and I love it. What should college coaches know about you? I am a team player. The places I am needed are the places I will be. I like to bring the team up and play as hard as I can every snap.
What do you like about playing WR? I like to have fun at receiver by changing up my releases and running different route combinations. Another thing is blocking to see one of my guys score. What is your favorite route to run? A fade route against man coverage because there is so many different things I can do to get open on it. What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? I am trustworthy, I believe I can beat my man 1 on 1, and my quarterback also believes that so they can put trust into me. Who else on OPRF is having a breakout season? Jeremiah Jenkins, who is a sophomore, is having a phenomenal season and Khalil Nichols a senior is doing the same.
Who is the funniest player on the OPRF squad? Sam Gray What goals do you have for yourself rest of the season?
I wanna do all I can to help us win out. So I want to have every ball thrown to me caught and at least 7 yards every time I have the ball and a lot more touchdown blocks. What part of your game do you feel you need to work on in the offseason? Speed. Need to work on accelerating off the line and in and out of my breaks.
