Kole Sneed OPRF DE/ER/LB Class of 2023 6'3 200

Kole Sneed how was your Spring Season? It was great because I got a chance to improve on my skill and play on varsity my Sophomore year. It was also an interesting experience due to all of the restrictions we had but I felt like me and my team did a great job facing adversity. We ended up going 3-3 and their were many games that I feel like tested our team but we began to improve. What does football mean to you? Football to me is the ultimate team sport. Their is no other sport that I think has the togetherness and the the hard work that me and my teammates put in to get better. We also bring each other up and make each other work harder for the overall goals of the team. So overall just the love from coaches and being with my teammates is what makes it for me. What should college coaches know about you? That I am willing to work my hardest for the goals of the team and to better myself and my teammates. They should also know I put being a student athlete first and my grades are always a first priority. They should lastly know that in the classroom I’m not a sit in the back of the classroom/film room type of guy I will be front and center and attentive. What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? I feel like my leadership on the defensive line is one of my biggest because I will take charge and make sure my teammates are doing their job. I will also make sure that I go 100% on the field at all times and never take a play off. I also think my speed on the edge is an advantage because me being a leaner longer guy gives me a huge advantage on offensive lineman. What part of your game have you been working on in the offseason? I have been really working on a faster ball get off and adding more moves to my pass rush arsenal. I have also been adding more size by constantly lifting and getting bigger and that gives me more power of the line.
