Patrick Grange Naperville Central ATH Class of 2021 6'2 225

Patrick Grange how was your 2019 season? My 2019 season was a good learning experience. I made the switch from TE to DE 4 weeks into the season and it was a great decision. Overall we went 4-5 and it wasn’t the greatest season, but I love those guys. We are looking forward to a successful season coming up and have collectively worked our asses off to become the best team we can be. What schools have you talked to so far? I have been in talks with Uindy, Indiana Wesleyan, Concordia, and have talked a little with NIU and Miami of Ohio. What should college coaches know about you? Colleges should know that I am a kid who will work for everything. I also do and always have loved football. I work on my craft everyday and will make no excuses. I will lead by example and I will be vocal when needed. I can play anywhere needed and am always ready for big moments because I prepare for them. What part of your game have you been working on in the offseason? The biggest part of my game I’m working on is my moves both in the pass game and run game. When I came over to defense last year, I was very raw and depended on my raw strength and speed. I played at 194 last year, I have worked to get to 225 right now while getting much stronger and faster. How good can this Naperville Central squad be for the upcoming season? We have the potential to be the best team in the state. We have Power 5 guys both on offense and defense. We have talent all over the field we just have to put everything together. I feel a special bond with this team. We are all coming together and playing as one. I truly feel there is no game on our schedule we can’t win because we have playmakers all over the field on both sides.
