William Wessling how was your 2019 season?
Though I didn’t start in the season I still saw reasonably valuable playtime and I gained experience according to the way football truly functions it was a great year to learn.
What would you like college coaches to know about you?
Unfortunately I don’t see my self with a college football career, it’s something that isn’t part of my path in life, I just wanna work my hardest my senior season and hopefully see my team in a successful season
What does football mean to you?
Football means to me a huge release it’s something you can use to connect with people. anyone is accepted no matter how different they are, If your day is tough you got football to look forward too, It’s a way to see the world in a better light
What do you like about playing in the trenches?
You get to hit every play, You get to play dirty and mean, you get no glory but you, yourself you know that you helped the team win, it’s a different game in the trenches, It’s a better game in the trenches.
Thoughts on the IHSA Spring Football? Though the season is later in the year, I’m still gonna work as hard as I was when it was in fall nothing changes for me a later date is a later date that’s all that changes.
