Kachi Ugwu how was your junior season? Within my junior season there were bumps in the road, but I took a step in the right direction. Landed All Conference and All Area HM What does football mean to you? Football means a lot to me it truly brings the guys together and gives us great life lessons What should college coaches know about you? I’m playing with a chip on my shoulder. I’m always trying to change the culture of the sport at the school I play at What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? The energy and leadership on the field even after big plays What part of your game have you been working on in the offseason? My speed and strength all-day, been working to improve my leadership qualities What do you like about playing on the defense? We have the chance to dictate the game and instill momentum in our offense. Also get to adjust to speeds of good teams How does Elk Grove football look for the upcoming season? Teams aren’t going to know what’s coming to them. The strength and growth progress we have made is insane, we have incredible younger guys looking to step up.
