Max Del Rio Dundee-Crown Linebacker Class Of 2024 5'10
Max Del Rio how is your offseason going? It’s been going well. How was your junior season last fall? It was good, I think I was able to take my game to the next level us as a team were able to take steps that I think were great for are school. What does football mean to you? Everything... Growing up the thought was in fall is football. Friday me and my friends would go watch the high school games, then Saturday college football and Sunday me and my family would watch the NFL. In a way, I don’t really think I could think of a life right now with we’re there is no football. What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? I think my ability to read the field and my strength. What part of your game have you been working on in the offseason? Just really working on my speed that side to side part of my game.
How does Dundee Crown look for the upcoming season?
I think better, we lost a great group of seniors, but my class has been stepping up the goal last year was to get a win. Now that’s been done, and we have much higher hopes. We know that as a group and that’s what we been working towards everyone has gotten better than the end of last year. I truly believe that will be on the field come the fall so really just moving the right way as a team.
What do incoming freshmen need to know about this Dundee Crown football program? The things that I would tell is make sure that you are their everyday, stay after, and work hard. Make sure to watch film, always go are hard as you can. Watch don’t be afraid to ask questions to the older guy and be ready to be coached and have this want to be coached.
