Cody Heeringa Batavia Defensive End 6'4 200 Class Of 2024

Cody Heeringa how is your season going for you so far? It’s going pretty well, the team is looking good, and I feel that I’ve improved a lot this season. What does football mean to you? Football means a lot to me, just being out there with your brothers everyday working hard and building a bond with your teammates is one of the best things in the world. What should college coaches know about you? That I’ll do whatever it takes to get better, and I’ll work as hard as I possibly can What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? I would say not giving up on plays and always running to the ball and playing with high energy. What do you like about playing in the trenches? I like that you’re constantly hitting someone every play and getting physical all the time.
What has been your favorite memory so far this season? I would say beating Geneva in our rivalry game and celebrating after the game.
