So, in a way to better understand the use of Deep Dish Football for Illinois recruits and the whole entire IHSA Football scene. Decided to do player profiles of players who you might not know or you might know, but you should respect them for their roles on their respective teams. This is one of the many reasons why Deep Dish Football is respected in the IHSA. Every Football Player Has A Story To Tell

Quinn Ahrens how was your junior season? I would say it was pretty good. 10-1 overall record. Personally felt like I could’ve done more for the team What does football mean to you? It means hard work, strong mentality, getting knock down and getting up, being close with your friends in the trenches What should college coaches know about you? I'm willing to do whatever it takes to make it to the level I need to be, and I will work as hard as I possibly can What do you feel is your strongest trait on the football field? Staying positive at any time of the game, if we are down or not doing so well, definitely just keeping my guys motivated and keeping them positive What part of your game have you been working on in the offseason? My hand fighting and speed and getting some more size on me What schools have you talked to so far? Toledo and Bowling Green and some D3 schools. Goal is to get more D1 schools What goals do you have for yourself this season?

To make huge impact on the defensive side... 15+ sacks
