Elmir Gjeka how is your season going so far? It’s been going good we’re 4-1, looking forward to Morgan Park next week. What does football mean to you? Football means everything to me; I started playing flag football as a little kid and once I hit high school, I joined the Amundsen football team and Coach Olson changed my life, and how I look at things and I just am really happy I started playing football. What should college coaches know about you? I’m ready for any challenge to face and I’m also a really good student in school and I just love the game of football and the atmosphere of it. I really do thank my QB coach at QB Won Coach Byron, he helped me get to where I’m at.
What has been your favorite memory so far this season? My favorite memory from this season is probably just anytime, we get time in the locker room as buddies just having fun. What do you like about playing QB? What i really like best about playing quarterback is throwing touchdowns and scoring and leading my team to victory. Who on Amundsen his having a breakout season? I feel like all of our running backs are having a breakout season Ryan, Reggie, Kael. Overall, this year we have talent all around the field.
What goals do you have for yourself the rest of the season? My main goals for the rest of this season are to lead our team to at least one state playoff win and just to get better as a QB.
