Jaden Holzman Class of 2021 Highland Park ATH 6'1 205
Jaden Holzman how was your 2019 season?
2019 was definitely the most fun I’ve ever had playing football, but it was just a starting point for our class. It was my second year starting on varsity, but the end result wasn’t what we wanted. We are all extremely focused and working hard for the upcoming season.
What schools have you been talking to so far?
I’ve received opportunities to play at the next level from several D2 schools including Concordia St. Paul, Bemidji State, Minnesota State-Mankato, and Northern Michigan. I have been in communication with a few D1 FCS schools consisting of Fordham, Brown, North Dakota, and Lehigh.
What should college coaches know about you?
College coaches should know that I am an extremely hard worker and a great leader. I pride myself in being the first one in the locker room and the last one out of the weight room. I am also a selfless player who always puts the team first.
What does football mean to you?
Football to me means family. I have formed some of the strongest bonds and friendships with players who I now call my brothers. Football is a brotherhood like no other, and I always know that my teammates will have my back like I will have theirs.
What is your strongest trait on the football field?
I would say that my strongest trait on the football field is my football IQ. Being able to know where the ball is going before it is even snapped will always put myself and my teammates in a position to succeed. It also makes me a very versatile player who can play many positions.
