So in a way to better understand the use of Deep Dish Football for lllinois recruits and the whole entire IHSA Football scene. Decided to do player profiles of players who you might not know or you might know , but you should respect them for their roles on their respective teams. Every Football Player Has A Story To Tell

Eian Pugh Class of 2022 WR Fenwick 6'3 170

COACH BIG PETE: Eian Pugh how was your 2019 season?

EIAN: It went well. Overall as a team we really came together towards the end of the season and made a good playoff push. Those guys on the team will be my brothers for life. For me Personally it was good. As a sophomore I was WR1 so I had some learning to do but my WR coach, Coach Rooney really helped me from day 1 become a better player/person!

What schools have you talked to so far?

Notre Dame, Iowa State, Purdue, Minnesota, Boston College, SMU

What should college coaches know about you?

College coaches should know that i’m a hardworking, long and athletic receiver which gives me an advantage over DBs and also that I love to compete whether it’s football or basketball i’ll give it my all.

How good can this Fenwick team be for 2020?

We can be great! We have 9 out of our 11 starters coming back on offense, so we already have the chemistry to do big things. With Coach Battaglia’s new offense, our receiving core and Kaden at QB I think you should see a pretty loaded and ready team come fall.

What is your favorite route to run?

At the start of the season I would’ve told you A go route, but now it’s definitely the post corner once the DBs hips turn it’s an easy 20-30 yards.
