Grayson Griffin how was your visit to NIU?
It went well. I had a great time speaking with Coach Wilkins and the rest of the staff. The facilities are phenomenal as well. Looking forward to getting back on campus for a spring practice too!
How was your 2019 season?
It didn’t end the way my team and I expected. I was happy with my overall play on the year but not satisfied. I was awarded with unanimous First Team All Conference but my main goal is to earn All State. There are many things I am still working on to perfect my game for this upcoming season
What schools have you talked to so far?
Northern Illinois, Miami of Ohio, Ball State, Indiana State, and Western Michigan so far
What should college coaches know about you?
I am one of the hardest workers in the classroom as well as on the field, I watch a lot of film preparing for each week, never give up and am never satisfied. There is always more things to work on to get better. The last things I believe college coaches should know about me is that I never back down and that I am one of the hardest hitters around!
What does football mean to you?
Football means the world to me. I have grown up on the sideline from a very young age while watching my dad coach. I would love to use football as a means to continue doing something I love while succeeding in the classroom as well.
