Aiden Jones Class of 2021 Mascoutah WR 6'0 180
Coach Big Pete:
Aiden Jones how was your 2019 season?
Aiden Jones: I felt that I had a strong season and showed a lot a people what I’m capable of doing. I still have a lot more to prove
What was your favorite memory of 2019?
My favorite memory was probably scoring first against Joliet and putting us back on the board right after they had scored a long rushing TD
What does football mean to you?
It means everything to me. It’s like my second world. Being able to step on the field and compete against others is the best feeling in the world. Especially when you work so hard during the off season and come and show others how much it has paid off
What should college coaches know about you?
They should know that they’re going to get someone who is always willing to put in work for the task at hand and even more afterwards. They’re also going to get someone who can make plays when needed and is the person they can always rely on
What goal do you have for yourself next season?
I really want to be able to become a better vocal leader in addition to leading by example. I always want to continue being that “dude” everybody can count on and know will always better the team
What do you feel is your strongest trait on the field?
My ability to get open. I feel like that is probably the strongest part of my game. Every time I step on the field myself and coaches know that nobody is going to stop me and I can always get space to make the plays I need to.
