Tristan Moskovic how was your 2019 season?
My season personally went well to an extent. It was truly a fun experience getting to play with the types of guys that we had on that team. I was grateful to have started as a junior at slot reciever at an 8A school, but of course I had no problem not being the number 1 target on the team, as we had Division 1 commits at wideout. I know that that is the kind of season that really gets me working and gets me ready for next year. Overall I performed well, but the best is yet to come for me. As a team, it’s no secret that we didnt accomplish the outcome we had hoped for, and my heart breaks for the seniors. But that season has feuled my class to the point that we are more ready for next year than we’ve ever been before.
What part of your game do you plan on working on in the offseason?
At this point in my football career, my number one thing for this next season is to just stay relaxed, and play like I know I can. Last year was a really good experience for me to be able to play against the best, and it gave me a wake up call as to how varsity football at a big school is. This year i’m excited to put everything that i’ve been working on for the past years together, and see what we as a team can accomplish.
Favorite route to run is?
I love the post corner route. It’s truly just a one on one matchup between you and the DB/Safety, and I feel that I can create great seperation with the second cut and looking inside to fake the defender out.
What should college coaches know about you?
I am a true student-athlete who not only has a mind for the game, but I prioritize school, and have maintained a 4.3 weighted GPA through high school. Aside from the academic standpoint, I work extremely hard and can’t stand to lose.
When I say, "Stevenson WRs" What does that mean to you?
Absolutely one of the most athletic cores in the state. When it’s all put together, it’s a really scary thing for defenses to deal with in our speed and athleticism.
