Billy Dozier how was your 2019 season?
I feel that as a team we were injury prone but we still fought in every game. It didn’t end the way we wanted to. The last second hail mary against Phillips was pretty heart breaking. When it comes to me personally, I believe i grew this year mentally and played with more confidence. I still have a lot of work to do but I feel I played pretty well this season.
How happy are to be committed to NIU?
I’m extremely happy and excited. It’s everything I want in a school and I believe I will accel there.
What advice would you give recruits new to the process?
My main advice would be to just stay patient. If you believe in yourself, you don’t need anyone else to and the right school will come for you.
Favorite memory this season was?
My favorite memory was against Evanston when Caleb Marconi took off for the end zone to score and i came from the other side of the field just to race him there.
