Willy Lopez how is your season going so far?
It’s not going as expected, but we’re making the most out of it. We lost a tough game against Leo and played some very talented teams.
What does football mean to you?
To me, football means brotherhood and throughout my whole life I have made countless brothers playing football.
What schools are you talking to so far?
I’ve been talking to Knox, North Park, St. Ambrose, and Carroll, to name a few.
What should college coaches know about you?
I want college coaches to know that if I decide to play football at the next level, I will be one of the hardest workers on the team and I will buy into any program.
Favorite memory so far this season?
My favorite memory from this season is meeting our new head coach, and breaking a 17 game losing streak in our 48-6 week 1 win.
Who are some players on Depaul I should be on the lookout for?
Seniors: Mikey Flynn, Zach Burhans, Layton Hopkins. Also sophomore linebacker Michael Battaglini.
