Matt Kordas how is your season going so far?
It’s going great, We are off to a really good start starting off 8-0. Everyone on are team has been working hard. We have a long way to go.
What motivates a Matt Kordas?
A few things motivate me , first off my teammates everyday I want to get better and have there back because I know they would do the same for me. Next off my parents and how hard they work everyday I just want to make them proud. And 3rd off my family and Friends who support me and want the best for me. I can’t let them down.
How good is this Lincoln Way East secondary?
I think the sky is the limit for our secondary . We got 2 of the best coaches in the state, Coach Mrozek and Coach Nestor. And 5 guys who can be the best in the state any night. Our d line and linebackers make it easy for us . I think we’re yet to play our best football and we are working each day to get better.
Toughest group of WRs you went up against this season so far?
Definitely Naperville central they got 3 or 4 guys that can score any time they touch the ball .
What schools have you been talking to so far?
I got to check out Notre dame a few weeks ago, I’m heading to NIU this weekend, Also I’ve been in contact with coaches from Purdue, Illinois, Temple, Western Michigan, Central Michigan ,Dartmouth , a few others have asked for my film.
Who was your favorite football player growing up?
It Would have to be Brian Dawkins. I love his story and how passionate he plays the game.
