St. Francis has QB in Rittenhouse but I consider that Spartan WR group one of the best in Illinois Class 5A .
TJ McMillen and Tyler Bishop are both D1 talented recruits. Tyler Bishop multi athletic and ability to score on any given pass. TJ McMillen only freshman has the size, frame and athleticism that most seniors wish they had. Still learning but has shown flashes as an elite illinois recruit.
