9-2 2018 Record
Made IHSA Playoffs
West Aurora enters the Southwest Priaire Conference in 2019 with a key group of players returning and some major losses to graduation. Great offense presence for the Blackhawks and what more can be said about there senior QB Will Tammaru that hasnt been already said. Will Johnson is their big guy on the defensive line that could give offenses huge trouble on the line. My big time player to watch for WAHS is Aaron Jankovsky at DB/WR. Keep an eye out for that Blackhawk secondary, as could give fits to QBs. This 2019 team is going to have 3-5 breakout stars on it at the end of the season.
KEY LOSSES: Moshe Rogers, Dee Spivey, Ian Mooney, Jaquan Buchanan, Davaris Cheeks, Denver Warren (transfer), Zach Jacobson
KEY PLAYERS: Will Tammauru, Matt Johnson, Evan Alexandrou, Aaron Jankovsky, Logan Mont, Rodney Jones, Cameron Van Vleet
