Illini Prairie Conference 2019 Preview With Coach Big Pete- Is It The Ghosts Time To Shine In 2019?
Pretty weird and wild conference this Illini Praire Conference could be in 2019 with a couple teams graduating a lot of key playmakers. I have three top dogs in the Illini Prairie Conference Monticello, Pontiac, and Illinois Valley Central who also happen to be one of my surprise teams in the IHSA this season. My challengers in the conference are St. Joseph Ogden, St. Thomas More with more questions than answers in the preseason. My surprise team for 2019 is Tolono Unity with nice class of seniors and QB Nate Rienhart at the helm. Really do beleive Olympia will have much improved season from 2018. Keep a close eye on Bloomington Central Catholic in a couple years, as that program is building towards a bright future. Rantoul will go only far as their passing attack will take them.
