Colby Metcalf how has your summer been so far?
My summer has been great so far. I’ve done a lot of fun things and I’m definitely making memories.
What does football mean to you?
To me football is a whole other world where I feel free to express my ability’s and feelings to others whether it’s to my coaches, my parents or even my peers around school.
What should college coaches know about you?
I’m willing to do whatever it takes to show I belong out there with the rest of the players and I don’t plan to let up one second of the way there.
How does ACC look for this upcoming season?
We may look small this year with a majority of our team being younger guys but I believe we all have a lot of heart and will show out for a good season this year.
What goal do you have for yourself this season?
As an individual goal I want to lead our team in receptions, yards after the catch, touchdowns and have zero dropped passes but as a team I want us to reach 5-4 this year.
What position do you feel most comfortable in?
I feel most confident as a wide receiver because of my height and my ability to get around corners and catch higher passes that most guys can’t catch.
