Caden Hughes how was your 2018 season?
Overall it went pretty well. I was coming off and ACL surgery so I wasn’t a week one starter but I worked hard and fought for a starting job at WR. Because of injuries i got moved to starting LB. Our teams season ended on a bitter note when we got upset in the first round of the playoffs
What should college coaches know about you?
They should know I’m a team first player who works his butt and will do anything to benefit the team.
What schools have you been talking to so far?
I haven’t been talking to as many colleges as I would’ve liked because of my past injuries but I’ve had good conversations and camps with Augustana, Missouri Baptist, and Illinois Wesleyan. I’m hoping to get a lot more exposure this season.
What position do you feel most comfortable at?
I feel like I’m at my best when i’m playing TE. I’m a good route runner with good hands and I’m a solid run blocker
What do you like about playing Tight End?
I love getting physical when I block and it’s the perfect fit me my body and athleticism
What do you feel is your strongest trait on the field?
My strongest trait on the field is my physicality. If somebody is going to guard me, the better be ready for a fight because it’s coming.
