Mitchell Geier how was your 2018 season?
It went well. I started off the year at WR but mid season I switched to OLB. We came up one game short from the playoffs going 4-5.
You had a great season in 2018.... What do you attribute that to?
I would have to say my teammates and coaches. During practice we pushed each other everyday to get better and without them it couldn’t have happend.
What goal do you have for yourself this season?
A goal I have for myself is to make all conference again this season as a senior as a WR and LB
What does football mean to you?
Football is everything. I’ve had a love for the game since I was a kid. It’s where I’ve made my deepest friendships and where I’ve learned many life lessons.
How good can this Carmel team be for the upcoming season?
If we keep putting in the work we think we can make the playoffs this year. It’s a goal we have and it would good to establish Carmel as a playoff team again
When I say "undersized", What does that mean to you?
Undersized is just a word to me. I’ve been what people call undersized my whole life and it has never gotten in my way.
Last season of high school football.. What does that mean to you?
It being my last season I know that us as a team have one last season together so I need to take every practice and lift and use it to get better. We only have one last chance to make history together and I don’t want it to be wasted.
