Xavier Frazier Class of 2020 LB/ATH Homewood Flossmoor 5'9 180

Xavier Frazier how was your 2018 season?

Well even though my season was cut short, I feel like I was progressing as a football player getting better and better each day sharpening my skills and fixing mistakes.

What should college coaches know about you?

College coaches should know that I have huge work ethic and am always willing to put in extra work to get better. I take instruction very well and attitude is never a problem. I’m also a good teammate and will play for my team first rather than any personal stats.

What part of your game have you been working on in the offseason?

I have really been working on my agility during the offseason. I want to be a quick lateral player and I feel like that is very important in elevating my game and becoming a better football player.

What excites you the most about this upcoming season?

I’m excited for the challenge to get after a state championship this year. We lost key seniors from last year but I’m looking forward to stepping up my game and making key contributions to this team on the field.

How was your baseball season?

The baseball season didn’t turn out as planned and we didn’t go as far as we would’ve liked but it was still a great experience. I feel like it made me a better teammate sacrificing for the team.

What goal do you have for yourself this season?

My main personal goal is make all conference by the end of this season. I feel like I could’ve last year if I hadn’t gotten injured but now I am determined to make it happen for my senior season. It’s just another way of motivation to get better every time I step on the field.
