Nick Bulgarelli QB Wauconda Class of 2021 6'2 165
Nick Bulgarelli how was your 2018 season?
As a team a little disappointing. We believed we were a better team than we showed and left a few games out there that we should of won. But our team is very young and it was a learning experience for us to build on for the years to come.
What does football mean to you?
Honestly it’s everything. It’s an escape from all other problems. When I’m with my teammates and friends it’s so much fun to work with and get better with the people that I’ve gotten so close with.
What game are you most looking forward to this upcoming season?
I’m looking forward to improving upon what we have already built as a team. All the work we put in all year finally pays off and we are able to see where we stand as a team.
What goal do you have for yourself this season?
I want to show everyone I can hang with best and what I’m truly capable of. I also want to lead my team deep into the playoffs.
How does Wauconda football look for this upcoming season?
We’re looking pretty strong. We’ll be a team that will give it everything we got every game that no team wants to match up against.
What do you think is a big misconception that a lot of people have about Wauconda football?
A lot of people underestimate us both as a team and individually. We can really hang with the best out there but a lot of times were overlooked
Who are some players I should be on the lookout for from Wauconda this season?
JJ Jacobo class of 2021 and Javerius McGuinn class of 2021 also, are both big impact players as wide receivers. And Javerius is a two way player playing defensive back as well. Expect big numbers out of both of them next season.
