Montre Snead Granite City DB Class of 2020 5'9 170

Montre Snead how was your 2018 season?

I feel like we had a good time and bounded as a team. We looked to improve and grow as a team under Coach Hasquin, and having the playoffs, I feel like we did that. It was my first year playing DB and I loved it.

What schools have you talked to so far?

I went on a unofficial visit to Bowling Green State University and Indiana State University, North Western Missouri State University , And Missouri Western State University, and Illinois College.

What should college coaches know about you?

College Coaches should know that I’m a team player very unselfish, hard working willing to do anything to help my team. Hard working and my mind set is can’t nobody be better then me so therefore your not gonna find a harder worker

How does Granite City look for this upcoming season?

This upcoming season we’re looking good everybody’s in the weight room working hard getting strong. We have guys running track getting fast for from this upcoming season so we’re looking pretty good for this upcoming season.

How good is Freddy Edwards for people who might not know about him?

Freddy he’s a good player very fast and and hard to tackle in open field and just a phenomenal player overall!

What part of your game have you been working on in the offseason?

I’ve been working on my explosiveness getting quicker faster and stronger. Also I’ve been working on my coverages and my jamming technique and footwork.

What does football mean to you?

It means a lot to me it’s somewhere I can go to clear my head. Also I love to play football because a lot of younger kids look up too me and just to be a role model too them is very exiting! Football also taught me how too be a young man, like when adversity hits I can’t hang my head I have to keep it up and stay firm and not give up.
