Coach Big Pete's Class Of 2021 Illinois Watchlist - 10 Recruits To Watchout For

Spring is here, so for these couple weeks Im going to be doing some videos and articles about the recruiting classes. We know who some of big names for 2021 are, but now its time to take a look at some names that I'm keeping eye on for their growth and progressions. Again JJ McCarthy, Athan "Greek Rifle" Kaliakmanis , Bryan Sanborn, Kenneth Cotton, Myles Mooyoung, Mar’keise Irving etc are top 2021 recruits and have national interest. These are the recruits that have 2 years ahead of them that you might not know or but should keep an eye out for these recruits.

10 RECRUITS TO WATCHOUT FOR

Lance Rees Marshall 6'5 210 Athlete HUDL

Lance Rees has been on my radar since the winter of 2018, and this will be a big junior season for the tall framed Rees. Could be used in multiple ways especially in multi faceted college defenses.

Brad Walker Huntley 6'1 240 DT HUDL

Walker will be a late riser into the fall this 2019 season. Great job of using inside leverage to get out in front of the offensive linemen.

Deavion Pierce Phillips 6'0 202 ATH HUDL

Deavion is one of top multi purpose defenders in the state of Illinois. Again Phillips has a lot of those type players that can play multiple spots. Keep an eye out for this kid in the summer.

Saveyon Henderson Crete Monee 6'4 300 OL HUDL

Saveyon is another late riser from Crete Monee, wide body and athletic. Will burst onto the national recruiting scene this summer. Testament to Crete Monee football program that produces underrated talent.

DiAndre Harris Montini 5'11 180 ATH HUDL

Harris can play both sides of the ball and was someone who burst onto the scene last fall. Huge summer from DiAndre could put him on top of recruiters wishlists.

Ronde Worrels Princeton 6'0 190 RB/LB HUDL

Never in my life have heard so many great comments towards a recruit by rival coaches. Ronde Worrels is the real deal and multi purpose running back that will get more looks this year.

Will Bowlby Carbondale 6'5 195 ATH HUDL

Top recruit in Southern Illinois with unlimited potential, could be used in multiple spots. Will be intrested to see how he performs this summer going into the fall.

Jason Stroberg Rockford East 6'6 315 OL HUDL

Raw, Very Raw is my very first thought of the big man Stroberg. If he grows into his body this recruit could be national recruit by next summer.

Tristan Wright St.Rita 6'4 195 ER/ATH HUDL

Tristan is the one of the top edge rushers in the state for 2021. Now all he needs is a solid season behind him and skys the limit for this kid.

Reese Edwards SHG 6'3 185 LB HUDL

Sacred Heart Griffin has been a linebacker factory as of late, and Reese is the next big one. Reese again two sport athlete and very athletic has the ability to fit in those hybrid defenses.
