Jeffery Wells how was your 2018 season?
The 2018 season was great. It was awesome to see the hard work pay off. Even though the season ended earlier than I would have liked I’m looking forward into improving myself and my team for this upcoming season.
What schools have you talked to so far?
Outside of the schools that I have received an offer from there have been a few schools that I have been in contact with. I have spoken with Bowling Green State, Eastern Michigan, Northern Iowa, South Dakota, Ball State, Iowa State, Western Michigan, Michigan State, and Missouri Western.
What would you like college coaches to know about you?
I would like college coaches to know that I am coachable. I don’t have the experience that most kids have playing this game, I will learn by being told and shown. I would like coaches to know that I’m a kid with a close knit family with high standards and strong morals.
What is one of your strongest traits on the field?
I believe that my strongest trait on the field is just being a very physical player.
What should incoming players of MacArthur know about the program?
Incoming MacArthur players should know that when they walk through the doors it is time for business. They need to know that we are creating a family atmosphere that will work hard and sacrifice for each other.
What game are you most looking forward to this season?
I can’t name just one. There’s three games that I’m looking forward to next season Sacred Heart, Chatham Glenwood, and Rochester. Those are big games and the thrill to play against them is undeniably the best feeling.
Who are some players on MacArthur I should keep an eye out for this season?
I think you should watch every player on the 2019 MacArthur team. There will be a lot of guys filling into important positions and filling big roles on the team, it’s impossible to pick just one player.
