Demari Wilson Class of 2020 Wabonsie Valley TE/WR/ER 6'0 216
Demari Wilson how was your 2018 season?
My season was good, it wasn't as challenging as I expected it to be. The game is a lot faster than my sophomore season. I did take a lot of notes from the previous varsity players and it helped a great deal. However, I can work on some things for next season such as Run Stuff. And I can also improve my pass rush. Last season I recorded 10.5 sacks but im working on improving my pass rush moves for the upcoming season. My goal is to continue to be a team player, contribute as much as I can plus more so that my team can win state.
What does football mean to you?
Football means so much to me. At first I did not like playing it because I was afraid to get hit. Until my family convinced my mother to let me play then she forced me to play. Which was good because I ended up loving it. I am extremely bless to be playing on Friday nights, Football takes my mind off of everything when im on the field playing. Its also great time to unleash all the anger you have on the opposite team.
What should college coaches know about you?
College coaches should know that I am a team player and I will give a 110% in all aspects of football. I am also very loyal and dedicated to my team. I trust my coaches therefore, I listen to perform well.
