Cale Reeder how was your 2018 season?

2018 season went really well our team performed great week in and week out. We made it to the second round of playoffs which is something we haven’t done in a while so it was a good season to put Yorkville on the map.

What was your favorite memory last season?

It would have to be our homecoming game when we came from behind and beat Kaneland. The fans were going crazy it was just a special moment.

What schools have you been talking to?

I’ve been in contact with South Dakota State, Coastal Carolina, Holy cross, South Dakota, and St. Cloud State.

What would you like college coaches to know about you?

I want coaches to know I love the game football. And I am a hard worker off the field as well as on the field. I am a leader and lead example and a true team player who wants everyone on the team to succeed.

What excites you the most about this upcoming season?

The new conference and the new competition we will be facing. In the Southwest Prairie Conference.

What goal do you have for yourself this season?

My goal For this year for myself is to earn All-State. And to lead my team to another playoff run.

How good can this Yorkville squad be?

I think our team is gonna make some noise this year. I’m confident in our team and believe we are capable of making a playoff run!
