Anthony Sambucci how was your 2018 season?
I felt I had a strong junior season. However we did not accomplish our team goals in winning conference and going deep into the playoffs.
Favorite memory of last season?
Beating at the time (6-1) T.F. South to stay alive in the playoff race. Especially in front of our home crowd.
What do you feel was your best game last season?
My best game last season was against Bremen High School. I had 4 touchdowns. 2 receiving, 1 rushing, and 1 punt return.
What would you like college coaches to know about you?
I want coaches to know that I’m a team player and everything I do on the field is for my teammates and coaches. I’m also very confident in my ability and focus on winning every rep.
What game are you looking the most forward to this upcoming season?
I’m really looking forward to our first game against St. Charles East and get the season started.
How does Lemont look for this upcoming season?
We have a lot of studs returning this year; Cam Nagel, Thomas Faron, Justin Dian, Henry Roe, Luke Bailey, Nick Muscolino, Al Pontrelli, and Mark Orzulak. I think we will be very good if we stay healthy.
What goal do you have for yourself this season?
To be a State Champion
