Jonah Pace Class of 2021 DE 6'5 200 Marengo
Jonah Pace how was your 2018 season?
We had an awesome season we ended up 9-3. We came up short against IC Catholic but I felt that we have them a good game. I had 55 tackles, 16 tackles for loss, 7 sacks, and 6 pass break up as a sophomore this year.
What does football mean to you?
What football means to me is being part of a team, working hard to reach a goal and pushing myself to compete at the highest level I can.
Favorite memory last season?
Beating Richmond-Burton on their senior night and going on to win conference.
What part of your game have you been working on in the offseason?
I have been in the weight room working on getting stronger and faster.
What game are you most looking forward to this upcoming season?
Looking forward to our opening game against Sterling. They are a big school with a lot of talent and I want to see how we stack up against them.
What position do you feel most comfortable at?
Defensive End
How does Marengo look for this upcoming season?
Very solid we have some key people coming back
What would you like college coaches to know about you?
I love the game of football and I enjoy being part of a team and I will never stop work hard.
