Jalen Grant how does it feel getting your first offer from SIU?
It honestly feels great to get an opportunity to continue to play the sport I love it feels like a big weight was lifted off my shoulders

What schools have you been talking to besides SIU?
Harvard, Eastern Michigan and Rice
What should college coaches know about you?
I want college coaches to know that I'm a if I start something I'm going to finish it type of person I'll never quit on my teammates and I just love football and everything football brings with it
What does football mean to you?
It means everything to me I've been playing this game since I was 6 years old and football runs deep in my family my father is a football coach so I've been around the game since i was born.
What game are most looking forward to this upcoming season?
I would say Brother Rice there a CCL team and we didn't play them last year so I'm looking forward to that
What part of your game have you been trying to improve in the offseason for the upcoming season?
I’m improving on controlling my weight this offseason by wrestling and just making sure I’m getting quicker and stronger
