Evan Ramirez how was your 2018 season?
My 2018 season started off rough we were 1-4 as a team and I broke my forearm and due to the spot it broke I couldn’t play for four weeks but the team came back and won all of the games while I was out and I came back eager to play and even started playing both linebacker and defensive end and played well , and we eventually made it all the way to the quarterfinals where we lost to a talented Lincoln Way East team , but overall I was very proud of myself and the team for the way we played this year
What do you like about playing linebacker?
I love how you have the most physical player on the field and the leadership role you take when you play linebacker especially as an inside linebacker
What schools have your talked to?
Currently I am talking to Augie , Wyoming, Minnesota, Northwest Missouri State , Princeton , Brown , Harvard
What should college coaches know about you?
That they’re getting a player who goes hard on every play until the whistle is blown and will always put the team first and has more passion and drive to win than the next guy
How does Edwardsville look for the 2019 season?
We are losing a lot of talented seniors but we have very talented juniors who started this year returning plus upcoming sophomores who can make a big impact on the field we should be something to look for next season
What game are looking forward to the most this season?
There’s two games I am looking forward to the most this upcoming year and they’re the CBC game at home and the east st.louis game at their house should be a couple of entertaining Friday nights
What goal do you have for yourself this season?
I hope to make 1st team all conference and rack up 100 tackles

What motivates me the most is making my childhood dream of playing college football come true and making my family , fiends , and coaches proud
