Evan Holden how has your season been?
It’s been going really great I was a unanimous selection for All-Conference in the DuKane which is really cool and I switched from left guard last season to left tackle this season
Favorite memory so far?
Either winning in over time this past week or beating St Charles North in the final seconds
What does Batavia football mean to you?
It means so much to me especially because I’ve lived in Batavia my entire life and I’ve known some of the guys on the team since kindergarten. I love playing with my brothers and I wouldn’t want to play for any other team
So you got a big test ahead.... What do you see in this Nazareth team that will be a challenge?
Well obviously since they’re a private school you know they are going to be well coached and have athletes at every position. We’re just gonna have to play our best football and hopefully earn a trip back to the state title
What would you like college coaches to know about you?
That I am a hardworking player that will follow directions and show respect to everyone around me
Toughest defensive lineman you faced this season?
Cole Campbell from Geneva was pretty good
How do you like the Dukane Conference?
I like it because it prepared our team so much more for the playoffs.
Senior season for you at Batavia... What will you miss the most?
Ill miss hanging out with the guys and all the good times we have with each other
