Reeves Wester Offensive Tackle Normal 6'5 305 Class of 2019
HUDL

Reeves Wester what schools have you been talking to?
Illinois state is the only one I’ve been talking to consistently
What would you like college coaches to know about you?
I learn fast and have gotten better in every way athletically every year
What do you like about playing offensive line?
I like that were important every play and can’t take a play off. I also like the physicality every play
What is one thing that you plan on doing better than last season?
Staying low and initial contact
Favorite memory from last season?
The Downers Grove North game because they were getting a lot of hype to upset us and we ended up blowing them out. Also we got to play in snow
Give me a young player from Normal that coaches need to keep an eye out for?
I would say Ethan Johnson.... Good size and good footwork for size, also gets better yearly
What game are you looking most forward to this season?
Probably Neuqua Valley because it’s our Chicago area game and those are always fun. Our intercity games are a close second though
This is your senior season...…. What does that mean to you?
Its a mixed feeling. I’m going to miss playing for this program but it also taught me a lot and I’m grateful for what this program did for me. I am also excited to go on to the next stage of my life
