Tyquan Cox Class of 2019 RB Glenbard West 5'9 160
Tyquan Cox is one of my favorite running backs from the Class of 2019 in Illinois. Speed is off the charts, but what I like is his patience to let the offensive line develop the play. Not afraid to challenge a defender in his lane, and bursts through the hole.
Tyquan Cox what schools have you been talking to?
I have been talking to Indiana State, Western Michigan, South Dakota State, and University of Illinois, Illinois State
What does Glenbard West football mean to you?
Glenbard West football means life to me without glenbard west football I don’t know what I would be doing right now I would like to thank the coaching staff for turning me into the player that I am now
What is one thing that you have been trying to improve in your game this offseason?
This off season I’ve really been working on getting my speed up and working really hard on catching. I also work out everyday to get bigger and stronger
Favorite memory from last season?
My favorite memory from last year is when hinsdale central scored right before halftime and they tried squib kicking to to our front line and the ball rolled all the way to the back to me and I returned it for a touchdown right before the half
Least favorite defense to go up against?
My least favorite defense to go up against is downers grove north because all there players were dirty
Who is the guy on Glenbard West that college coaches should look at or are overlooking?
For sure our two returning offensive line started hank knenz and Adam dau those two kids work so hard everyday and they are one of the main reasons why I am a good running back at west and on the defensive side we have two great players who are coming back kyle dell who played his first year of outside linebacker last year and marky winters who has been a varsity starter since sophomore year those are 4 players that colleges should really start looking at.

Yea haha he thinks he can beat me in basketball
What motivates a Tyquan Cox?
Things that motivate me is football and fortnite. Everything about the sport of football motivate me it’s basically my life and fortnite is just awesome for free time because I love playing with all my football friends
