Lance Rees will be one of the top looked recruits from the Class of 2021 in Illinois. Now again he is Class of 2021 he still has to grow into his body, but this has a quick burst off the line and ability exploit the gaps. Endless dreams for for this young man on the football field thats why I put him on my Watchlist for 2021 in Illinois.
Lance Rees 6'6 what in the world does your mom feed you?
Just about anything and everything. It helps not being a picky eater.
So Lance its and I mean really early. What schools have you been talking to?
I’ve been invited to a couple college camps. As far as getting word out to colleges, my head coach has been talking to some local colleges like Indiana State.
What does Marshall football mean to you?
It means everything to me. The tradition is amazing and the support of the town is great. It was a honor to be a part of it this season and I’ve been looking forward to next season as soon the last one ended.
How was basketball for you this season?
It went well. We had a good season and I was able to make varsity. Our Fresh/Soph team only lost two games and we placed 2nd in the final tournament.
What do you want college coaches to know about you?
I want them to know that I’m an extremely hard worker with a passion for the game. Nothing means more to me than the success of the team.
What would be your dream school to play for?
My dream school would be Ohio State. I love the tradition of winning they have and I have been a fan for about 7 years now.
Give another player from Marshall that college coaches should look at?
Jacob Shaffner is a guy who definitely deserves to be looked at. He plays QB for us and is one of our best athletes. He is also a great leader for our team.
