DeAngelo Hudson is an intriguing recruit no doubt about, pure athlete with the ability to play multi back roles . What impresses with this young man is his ability to block, and great vision to pick up the blitz.
DeAngelo Hudson what schools are you talking to?
As of right now I’m only in contact with Minnesota State Moorhead, Indiana Wesleyan, Indiana State, Grand Valley State, Central Michigan, Western Michigan, Texas Wesleyan, and Ball state
What is one thing in your game that you are trying to improve?
Offensive wise I’m working on my vision and lateral quickness. Defensive wise I want to become better in my coverage, mostly my man coverage, my speed and ability to track the ball when is in the air
What does Simeon football mean to you?
Simeon football to me is a brotherhood of a group of young men that all have the same goals and that is to go to college to get away from the city and also win a state championship Simeon football is a different type of football you won’t find a group of kids that are hungry on and off the field like the ones that surround me
Favorite memory from last season?
My favorite memory from last season was in the CPS championship game and we were playing Curie it was about 30 seconds left in the game, 4th and 2 and they had the ball and me and my boys stuffed a run coming up the middle to clinch the win and all I could remember was the whole stadium went up I will never forget that
What is one thing you want college coaches to know about you?
Even though I’m undersized I come with the full package on and off the field I have a 3.5 GPA and also a head hunter on the field I’m always the aggressor I love having the ball in clutch situations, I’m very coachable and well-disciplined

Simeon vs Phillips as always I love that rivalry we working towards getting this W this year and ending that streak
What is one goal for you this season?
Holding that trophy up in Dekalb nothing more nothing less
