The Deep Dish Football Panel- 18 Coaches from High School in the great State of Illinois and from the area (FIRST TIME WITHOUT COLLEGE COACHES ON THE PANEL). We rank players according to a new rating system as of Winter 18' and put to a vote. THIS IS FOR FUN We have one publisher Coach Big Pete who spear heads the vote and getting the Hudls/Videos to panel members and is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE VOTE. We have a member in each region of the state of Illinois and have reporters that help us too. AGAIN RANKINGS/STARS/ETC DO NOT MATTER TO COLLEGE COACHES. Best Player fit for that College's Scheme! We do Two Watchlists for Sophmores and Juniors and that is it. Again we have changes in the panel have added numerous coaches due to coaches leaving if interested in being a panel member send in your info. Coaches are NOT ALLOWED to vote for their own players. PLEASE UNDERSTAND AGAIN DEEP DISH FOOTBALL MISSION STATEMENT " RESPECT THE GAME" We work close with other College and High School Coaches in a network of sharing info on all players via grades, character, work ethic, etc. WE LOVE FOOTBALL! Again there is now too many middle men in football that dont represent the sport, but are in it for the money. (PUBLISHER 6) Peter "Coach Big Pete" Leinweber talks to coaches of many college divisions so he can get a better feeling of where college scouting is headed what is looked for. We rank players according to the new rating system of size, speed, talent, character. In that now we also do talent of deduction on each team and put to a vote to rank players of each senior class 2 times a year. ( We adjust the system when schemes are seen as popular or least popular) We have a member in each region of the state of Illinois and have three reporters that help us too. We have network of coaches even though not on the panel that communicate with Coach Big Pete. Coach Big Pete also goes through character reports, and actual questions with that recruit wants to actual play football in college. The Panel is not allowed to talk to the Publisher from June till the end of November. Coaches have a chance to apply to become panel as we have a open application process. WE HAVE HAD A TOTAL OF 16 BECOME PANEL MEMBERS THAT APPLIED
