Really think Nicholas Conger is one of the better safeties in Illinois for the Class of 2019 . Ability to read the Quarterback and make a play at the ball is what makes Conger a interesting recruit for the Class of 2019.
Nick Conger what schools have you talked to?
I’m going to a junior day down in Augustana on Monday. Also Minnesota State Moorhead has been in touch as well.
What is one thing that you need to improve in your game?
Tackling was a big issue for me making the jump from sophomore year to varsity, so working on more explosive drills and speed will help that.
Batavia wins state last year, What is a major goal for the Batavia Bulldogs in 2018?
One of our mottos this year Defend the Goal, we are on the top right now, our goal is to stay on top.
What does Batavia Football mean to you?
Batavia football is more than just a sport, the way the bond is with our teams is that we are a family, everyone cares about everyone. It means everything to me.
Favorite moment from last season?
OT winner against Wheaton North, we were one play away from losing and the way we stepped up and did our assignments right was incredible
What should coaches know about you?
That I will do whatever it takes to win a football game offensively or defensively
