IHSA Football Finals Class 5A-8A 2017 Conclusion

Well the last day of the 2017 IHSA Football season finished with some dramatic games, and some heartbreaking losses. Started first with a dominating win the 2nd half by Phillips over Dunlap for the 5A title. Dramatic INT to set Prairie Ridge as 6A title victors over the Nazareth Roadrunners, and not to mention the fireworks from the offense by both teams. Batavia ends Lake Zurich magical season in OT to , which was by far one of the better games that I have seen this weekend to clinch the 7A Title. Just now Lincoln Way East defeats Loyola Academy with playmaking Henning running for a 42 yard Touchdown. These weekend was nothing but pure magic, and entertainment for the high school football fan and bloggers like myself. Of course with the winner there comes the loser, and I can tell you one thing all the teams in this weekends title games poured their heart onto the field.
