Deep Dish Football GOTW Week 8 Minooka 24 Oswego East 6 Final Score "McCombs Football"

First half there were plenty of mistakes that would make a coach cry, but Minooka settled down in the third leading them to 24-6 win over OEHS. This was a team win, plain and simple just the way Coach McCombs likes it. Minooka had the some of the better defensive key reads that I have seen in the last 7 weeks of football. Minooka ability to capitalize on OEHS mistakes, and OEHS getting the ball on turnovers and not being to return favor hurt the wolves. Minooka's execution, discipline, and strong defense make them dangerous in the playoffs in two weeks.
