Coach Big Pete talks the Illini Prairie Conference Preview for 2017

Now this was a follower request that I preview the Illini Prairie Conference, a brand new conference for 2017. Merger of the Okaw Valley and Corn Belt Conference from last year due two other teams leaving. This was one of the toughest conference previews that I had to do in 2 years due to the amount of seniors graduating from teams in this conference.

TOP DOGS:

Central Catholic: Team filled with nothing but seniors with Joey Malinowski, DE Garrison Kear

Unity Tolono- QB Steven Migut stud playmaker

Monticello- Dylan Thomas WR and Illinois Elite WR

Other Players to look out for: St.Joseph- Dwight Colvin St.Thomas- Brayden Roeder Prairie Central-Billy Printz Pontiac- Brandon Jenkins, Devin Long Olympia-Jackson Castleman Illinois Valley Central- Drake Dietrich

This a Two Game conference, which means after two games you will get a clear vision of who will be the big dogs in the Illini Prairie Conference.

My Surprise Teams: Olympia and Illinois Valley Central

Olympia- Castleman and that Offensive Line look to shock some people

Illinois Valley Central- A lot of people will count them out because of the youth factor, a lot of young talent on that team
